10. The Monk

Reportedly captured in 2008, this photograph originates from the grounds of a cottage situated near the Blackhead Lighthouse in County Antrim, Northern Island.
Among the individuals present, the woman in the white top, positioned on the right side of the image, was among five occupants of the cottage, including the photographer.
Remarkably, neither the photographer nor the individuals noticed the monk-like apparition at the time of the snapshot. Interestingly, upon returning to the cottage, the woman in the photo discovered that everyone except herself and the photographer remained indoors.
The identity of the shadowy figure remains a complete mystery, as it doesn’t correspond to any of the cottage’s occupants.
The timing of the photograph, taken after 11 p.m., discounts the possibility of a passerby, particularly as they would likely have been carrying a torch to light their way.
9. Mirror on the Wall

Did you know that the evil Queen in Snow White never actually said Mirror Mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all? She actually said, Magic Mirror on the wall!
Here is a pretty young lady taking a selfie and we’ve all been there. If I had to guess a year for this picture I would go with circa 2006. It looks 2006ish.
I wonder what year the demon in the background is from. What demon? Oh, the one in the mirror!
8. Kaposfured, Hungary

Hungary doesn’t get enough airtime on Most Amazing, so I am showing you an image taken in Kaposfured, Hungary which is around a two-hour drive south of Budapest.
Anyway, this picture was taken in 1943. I am always here for a bit of 1940s vibes. It seems that the image was shared on the internet by Szigeti Gyongyi who said that the image is of their mum and it was taken by their dad.
They added a little girl standing in the background, has no arms, and no face. It’s like a ghost or a demon. What do you think?
7. The Haunted House

Some people think that it is weird to take pictures of you’re home but everyone does it, right? Well, it seems that Paul Sicuro uploaded this image to the internet after his son took it with his camera.
His house is in England and caught the attention of British media in 2015. If you look closely at the window on the right, there is a ghostly apparition peeping out of the window!
Mr Sicuro said: I was the only person in the house. We were astonished by this image, to say the least. And have lived in this house for about 15 years and it is a former parsonage.
“We have experienced strange activity in the house as well as the former owner.” Well, it certainly seems as if Paul caught the ghoul on camera!
6. The Samurai Ghost

When you come across an online article with the headline: Has Dismembered Samurai Ghost Photobombed Little Girl’s Holiday Pictures? You know you have struck gold.
So it seems that a young Canadian girl was on holiday with her family when her parents snapped a picture of her in Zushi and Kanagawa beach in Japan. Can you see anything wrong with the picture?
It seems her father snapped the image on his Samsung Galaxy and spotted what looks like a pair of boots in the background. The image was shared on Reddit and the poster said: Nobody was around when the photo was taken and certainly nobody was behind her.
He took about five photos of her at this spot over a period of about two minutes. One Redditor said that the boots look like samurai boots which is off because it seems that the place where the picture was taken is on the site of a samurai tomb. Terrifying.
5. Slender Man

Kids running, playing, and climbing but what is that in the background? It seems this image was found in the library vaults, we see a scary man under a tree creeping up behind some kids.
And he has tentacle arms and seems to be wearing a suit could it be is it he? You can’t see any facial features, but he does look like the figure in question he has a bit of a hairdo on him and I thought Slenderman was bald.
Perhaps this was him when he was younger. Legend has it that the Photographer of this photo and all 8 children in the image have been missing since 1986.
4. The Beer Flood Ghost

I love going to the theatre. I go to the theatre as much as I can! Often when I go to the theatre I like to take a selfie of me and my theatre-going pal, an auditorium selfie. Why not?
Well, what can you see in this picture? Have you seen it yet? Yeah, there’s a ghoul-like creature visible in the photograph.
Well, there is some backstory here. It seems that the theatre the pair were at is the Dominion Theatre in London. A lot of London theatres are rumoured to be haunted and the Dominion Theatre is no stranger to a ghost story.
The theatre ushers that work there will tell you there are several apparitions, but the one in the photo is rarely spotted. Note how she is kind of blue.
Well, it seems that the girl in the picture could be Eleanor Cooper, a young Barmaid who drowned at the theatre back when it was a brewery in 1814. An accident meant that 1.5 million liters of beer was spilled, flooding the brewery and nearby streets.
7 people died and she was one of them. The brewery was demolished in 1922 and now the Dominion stands in its place.
3. Peaches Geldof

In 2013 the Daughter of British Rock Star Bob Geldof took a picture of herself and her baby in the bath which she posted to Instagram. Do you notice anything weird, because she did?
Peaches noticed something was off and wrote this caption: Close-up shot of the mystery ghost hand in pic I took of Astala and me in the bath!
And no that isn’t my hand – one of mine was round his waist to hold him during the photo, the other holding the camera to take the shot.
Also, the hand is around my shoulder so totally weird angle if I did it myself! How terrifying! Peaches spoke to the Daily Mail publication about the pictures and claimed that she thinks the hand belongs to a ghost of the previous occupants of the home.
She said: “The house was built in the 1920s by a rich man and his pregnant wife, Geldof told.” However, his wife had a stillborn baby and was so grief-stricken she went mad.
She apparently drowned herself in the bath. ”That could well be… but the tragedy of that home didn’t end there. In 2014 Peaches was found dead in the same house age just 25.”
2. The Fire Ghost

Wildfires are terrifying and can and will destroy homes and livelihoods. The past few years have been particularly bad for wildfires across North America.
In 2016 a wildfire swept through dry land in Idaho. The fire spread to Jeanette Caldwell’s 50,000-acre land in Henry Creek. The land was visited by a fireman who told the Caldwells to evacuate their ranch and that their cabins were going to burn.
Mr Caldwell snapped this picture which his wife shared on Facebook and became one of the most realistic ghost pictures. We see the fire burning, and then we see the fireman to the right but what is that behind him? Jeanette wrote on the image she shared: Check out this photo.
If you look closely you can see the ‘fireman’s guardian’. She called it “A ghostly figure floating above the tree” and said “I love it” seems that the Caldwell family were not afraid of the apparition – they think the fireman ghost saved their property.
